Anamika is a legal professional with a wealth of experience in international Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) under US and India laws. Anamika possesses a keen eye for detail and a talent for drafting, reviewing, and vetting a wide range of commercial contracts. Her extensive experience includes working on agreements such as Share Subscription and Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Membership Interest Purchase Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreement, Term Sheet, LOI, and others.

Her commitment to excellence, dedication to client success, and ability to provide strategic legal counsel have made her an invaluable asset to Bridge Law LLP and its clients.

Anamika, a native of India, earned a law degree from Gauhati University, Assam, India, in 2015, and also graduated with Bachelor’s in commerce in the year 2012. After that, she assisted Senior Advocates in all aspects of commercial litigation management as a holding Advocate in various courts under the training of the Executive Chairman of the Bar Council of India, at the Supreme Court of India. Anamika has worked with some of the top Law firms of India.

Outside of her work, her hobbies including spending time with her family and traveling, and she is also a classically trained musician, performing at concerts throughout India.
