• The CTA imposes new significant reporting requirements for businesses starting January 1_st 2024.
• This will affect approximately 33 Million Corporations and LLC’s already formed AND those that will be formed after Jan 1_st 2024.
• Many companies will be required to report and regularly update beneficial ownership information they may not currently possess.
• There are Civil and Criminal penalties for failure to file.
